What is the idea behind the Control plan?
It is a service built for many consultants, founders and entrepreneurs who struggle to find new clients. We identify and reach out to prospects that fit your ideal customer profile, and its aim is to make get more conversations started. You will reply to every engagement, which means you can not only give more complete and technical answers to questions, but you'll also feel more close to your prospects during the whole sales cycle, and will learn a lot about your target audience.
What is the idea behind the Complete plan?
While there are great benefits in engaging with every prospect, the reality is that only a small part of them will be actively interested in your product or service. The Complete plan is for those who feel comfortable in letting our team takes over the initial engagement, as long as it saves them time. Our ultimate goal here is to directly schedule calls for you, and our team will follow up with every interested prospect indefinitely. If the conversation gets technical or moves to email, you pick it up from there.
What is the idea behind the Custom plan?
This is for the consultants, entrepreneurs or agencies that have high-value clients - who pay a high price for their services, stay for a long period with them, or both. If your clients are worth more, that means you can (and should) do the best you can to reach them in the most personalized and no-intrusive way as possible. These are long sales cycles and you need to build trust to start a conversation, so a couple of cold emails will not be enough.
Which information do I get from prospects?
The dedicated CRM will be populated as we run the campaign, and will include not only the basic contact information but also a lead status (stating in which part of the campaign the prospect is). If you are under the Complete or Custom plan, we also include an engagement rating and relevant notes from our reps.
What is the engagement rating?
If you are part of the Complete or Custom plan, our reps will grade every interaction they have with each prospect, and the total of those is translated into an engagement rating - ranging from one to five stars. This allows you to not only engage actively with the most promising leads, but also include other prospects on an automated nurturing funnel or a retargeting campaign, for example.
What is NOT included in the plans?
Activities that are not included in any of the plans are: cold-calling, cold email campaigns, any call center activity, presenting product demos or webinars, discussing technical or commercial issues with prospects, and producing content or any marketing material.

The onboarding takes around a week, and we do not charge any setup fees. Once it's done, we will imediately start the outbound campaign, and you will be granted access to a CRM base to monitor the outreach remotely.
